Pashupatinath Temple
Located on the eastern part of Kathmandu Valley on Bagmati River, Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest temples of Hindus. It is a very famous and important pilgrimage site that is visited by thousands of devotees every year. The entire temple premises includes 518 temples with one main temple that are only allowed to enter by Hindus. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the temple is built in the 5th century and later renovated by Malla Kings.
Boudhnath Stupa
Located 100 km in the northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, Boudhnath Stupa is the largest stupa in Nepal and South Asia. The stupa is located on the ancient trade route that goes to Tibet. The stupa is made to replicate the Gyangtse of Tibet in a mandala design. In the 8th century, the Boudhnath Stupa was renovated by Licchhavi rulers. You will see a pair of watching eyes on each side of the stupa that symbolizes awareness.
Swayambhunath
Swayambhunath is also known as the Monkey Temple. Situated on a hilltop, this landmark is very famous among tourists. You will need to walk on numerous stone staircase to reach the top. The entire complex consists of several temples and shrines. Among them, some dating back to the Licchavi period. From the top of the temple, you will get to see a nice view of the city. The temple is believed to be built by King Manadeva.
Three Durbar Squares
Three durbar squares include Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Patan Durbar Square. All of these durbar squares used to be the royal residence back in the days. Here, you will explore temples, shrines, palaces, courtyards, and museums. You will get to know a lot about Nepal during your visit to these monuments.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
You will arrive at the airport, where one of our team members will welcome you and take you to the hotel. He will inform you about the day program and leave you to have rest. In the evening, you will join the welcome dinner organized by the company.
Day 02: Kathmandu City guided tour
Today, the day begins with a morning cup of coffee and fresh breakfast. After that, you will hop on the tourist van and go on a guided sightseeing tour of several UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You will visit Pashupatinath Temple and then head towards Boudhanath Stupa. The tour will further take you to Kathmandu Durbar Square and end at Swayambhunath.
Day 03: Kathmandu City guided tour
This is the second day of your Kathmandu Tour. Today, you will drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square and then to Patan Durbar Square. In these two durbar squares, you will be seeing palaces, courtyards, temples, museums, and shrines. In the evening, you will have a farewell dinner and prepare to leave.
